Libradar_stp is a library to implement the Radar Stream Transport Protocol
(RSTP) designed for moving weather data over the Internet and LANs. Version
1.2.0 is a completely new protocol and a rewrite of the library. Features
include separate data streams and filters, compression, clear text authentication,
and redundant data source connections.

configuration and API documentation
is available on the web. libradar_stp provides the primary mechanism in this project
for transmitting weather data between computers and also between different software
running on the same system. libradar_stp often provides the best interface mechanism
for developers. The source compiles on GNU/Linux and also under Microsoft Visual C++
using the included project files.
