libradar_stp is a library which implements the Radar (data) Stream Transfer Protocol (RSTP), which runs over TCP/IP. Library clients should make use of the RSTPServerIf or RSTPClientMCIf class, or both. This project is under active development. The API as documented here shouldn't change much, so you are probably safe as far as source compatibility is concerned. Be worried about ABI changes and binary compatibility. I may forget to update the libtool version information. If you link your software against libradar_stp, it may be a good idea to include a working version of libradar_stp in your package.
